Computer woven Jacquard from a digital image of my original hand-cut paper on panel piece (20 x 20 in.). I finished by hand-stitching wools, silk, linen, cotton, banana and raffia fibers in direct response to the expanded, digitized version, exploring texture, depth, detail, pattern and flow.
