    We offer free shipping to customers in the continental United States. For customers in other countries, a shipping cost may be applied. Wherever you are, we will deliver your artwork or print to your specified address.
  2. Packaging and Handling:
    We take utmost care in packaging and handling your order to ensure it arrives safely. Artworks and prints are carefully packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Shipping Methods and Timeframes:
    The shipping method and timeframe for your order may vary depending on the nature of the item(s) you purchase. Here are the general guidelines:
  • Artworks: Original artworks are typically shipped directly by the artist. The shipping method and timeframe will be communicated to you during the purchase process, and you will receive updates regarding the shipment status.
  • Prints: Prints are sourced and shipped by Naturalist Gallery. We strive to process and ship print orders within 3-5 business days. The shipping timeframe will depend on your location and the selected shipping method. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your print is shipped.

 

Please note that the colors of artworks and prints may slightly vary from what you see on your screen due to individual monitor settings and the nature of the art medium. 

 

Certificates of Authenticity: Artworks and prints purchased from Naturalist Gallery come with certificates of authenticity. These certificates are hand-signed and sent by the artist along with an order of a print or original and serve as proof of the artwork's origin and authenticity.
