Wet felted w/ merino wool& chunky art yarn & hand embroidery

This piece is wet felted with Merino wool & chunky art yarn. I cut up the original landscape piece, seperately felted the red swath of fabric with stones worked into the felt, & sewed the red pieces between the original landscape. All pieces are handsewed & hand embroidered to add texture & depth.
